All reservations must be paid in full.

Transactions for studio time and products cannot be combined online.

Payments are non-refundable, but you can reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours' notice and receive studio credit.

The studio must be returned to its original state before the end of your session.

Clean indoor shoes or socks are required in the studio.

The maximum capacity for photoshoots is 10 people.

Pets are not allowed in the studio.

Contact us for video shoots requiring silence or to use the real flame fireplace (additional $10 charge).

The booking calendar is for photo and video sessions only.

Outdoor shoes must be removed before entering the studio.

Furniture must be moved back to its original place by the end of your session.

Ensure you have enough time for setup, takedown, and returning the studio to its original condition.

Studio access is limited to the booked photo studio space.

The studio cannot be used for illegal activities.

Smoking, vaping, and alcohol are not permitted on studio premises.
